New Year's Eve ~ 2014

This year we spent New Year's with Jared and Megan and the kids. It was fun to go down and visit them. It was a nice, relaxing mini-vacation! We went to Megan's parents' house to eat and play games until we put the kids to bed. Jared brought his dueling tree with nerf guns and it was a blast!!! The funniest part was that Ellie and Juliet kept picking up all the darts and bringing them back to us. Built in retrieval system, not a bad deal! Ellie loved "shooting" the nerf gun too! Then we all played Mexican Train.  I love that game. Afterward we went home and put all the kids to bed and us adults hung out. It was fun! I love spending time with them :) On New Year's Day we were complete bums! We didn't even get out of our pajamas!!! We hung out, ate, took naps, watched football. Yep, my kind of day! It was the perfect way to end a year/start a new year!!! Bring it on, 2015!
