Ellie Feeding Herself with a Spoon...

We've finally hit a milestone that I've been dreading...because I'm a clean freak!  But I had to just let it go!  Thankgoodness for the most awesome bibs ever invented that you can get at IKEA.  I actually need to buy more.  Ellie loves feeding herself and now that I let her she won't let me help (which can be kind of annoying when we are in a time crunch).  I know she will refine her skills, but right now it is just messy business!  Oh, and she sometimes thinks she needs to pick up the bowl like I do when I'm feeding her...we have since purchased those ones that suction cup to the tray.  Brilliant.  Just take a look at the messiness we've ensued:
